Testimonial: Cannot say enough how happy I am with the service I’ve received with this company! I emailed Kevin and said what had gone wrong (burning smell and suddenly no longer turning on) and he emailed back nearly immediately on a weekend saying what the problem was.
My GHDs were returned to me today with a new plug, wire and some other parts I didn’t even know existed and they’re working again. I’m so so happy they’ve been fixed.
These are the original (and best) GHD straighteners so replacing them would have been impossible. Honestly cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you!!

After emailing my query to the site I was surprised by the speedy and informative response and it was this that really made my mind up about using the service as I never really use online sites that I’m not familiar with!
