How long does a GHD repair typically take?
Most repairs are completed and dispatched back to you within 24 hours of us receiving them. We aim for a next-day turnaround whenever possible.
Is my GHD repair covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our professional GHD and Cloud Nine repairs come with a comprehensive 6-month warranty covers not only the parts we replaced but all electronics within your device so a different electrical faller is covered.
Do you use genuine GHD parts?
Since there are no spares available we use recovered genuine parts and new high-quality components designed to meet or exceed original specifications. Every repair includes a full safety check and a Portable Appliance Test (PAT).
What if my GHDs are beyond economical repair?
In the rare event that your straighteners cannot be fixed, we will contact you immediately to discuss options, which may include a refund of the repair fee (minus return postage).
Can you fix GHDs that the manufacturer refused to repair?
Absolutely. We specialize in "out of warranty" repairs for most models, including the MK3,Mk4, Mk5, Gold Series, and Platinum+ models that GHD no longer supports.
