Each Solarzz styling iron is covered by an international 1 year guarantee. During this period, if any defect in materials or workmanship occurs then Solarzz will either repair the fault or replace the styling iron.

Ensure you keep your dated receipt as proof of purchase.

The defective styling iron must be returned in its original packaging with the proof of purchase. The guarantee does not apply to irons which show signs of abuse and neglect and have damage to parts which in our opinion are not defective. Nor does the guarantee extend to irons which have been tampered with, altered or repaired by anyone other than Solarzz or one of its authorized agents. The guarantee does not include general wear and tear marks such as chips, scratches, discolouration, fading and abrasions.

The guarantee is only valid if the appliance is used in strict accordance of the instructions provided. Further details regarding the guarantee can be found in the information booklet included with every Solarzz styling iron.

Nothing in the guarantee excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
