Replacement GHD Cables
The cable on GHDs can become faulty in various ways. It typically becomes damaged due to the cable being wrapped around the hair straighteners and breaking the wires inside. You may experience any of the following problems:
| · | Sparking at the top of the cable caused by a small hole. Smoke may also be emitted |
| · | Intermittent power when flexing the cable at the top |
| · | Intermittent power when flexing at the base of the cable |
| · | A worn cable resulting from age or abuse which requires replacing for safety reasons |
If any of the following faults above are observed then you will need to replace the cable. Our cables are direct replacements and are provided with full instructions on how to fit them. We are also available to provide technical support via email should you require additional help.
* Our cables are also covered by a 6 month warranty. If you experience any problem during this period then we will send out another cable for free. This warranty only covers manufacturing faults and does not cover damage caused by neglect or abuse of the cable such as excessive kinking/burning of the cable.
If you wish to order a cable then you can do so by clicking on the paypal links to the left. Select the quantity you require and we will send the item the same working day if the order is placed before 4pm. The cable is supplied without a plug. If you require a plug then please purchase the replacement cable wth a plug included. Instructions to fit the cable are emailed once payment is received.
If you do not have a paypal account then please contact us at: ghdrepairs@hotmail.co.uk and we can provide you the address in which to send an alternative method of payment to.
