Our ghd repair service is extremely fast and effective. Your GHD irons once received will be fully inspected for faults and the neccessary repairs carried out. We offer two return delivery methods depending on how quickly you would like them returning. Special delivery is offered to customer's requiring a speedy return and recorded 1st class delivery is the other option.
We stock a vast amount of spare parts therefore in most instances the repairs are carried out the same day and also returned the same day.

The repair price excludes the following:
| · | Snapped/broken plastic arms. Additional payment required. Please contact us if this applies. |
| · | Replacement circuit boards. They are rarely ever required. |
The repair price includes any other part required such as replacement cables and heaters. All parts are brand new. We can repair any associated fault and all repairs are PAT tested.
| · | The repair is backed by a 6 month part warranty. For further information please see the warranty information below. |
| · | In the unlikely event the GHD's cannot be repaired you will receive a refund of your payment. |
| · | We do not repair fake GHD's. They are unsafe for use and if received we will inform you once they are inspected. Please see the 'fake ghd guide' in the top menu for information regarding fake GHD hair straighteners. |
Our standard repair warranty is for a 6 month period. GHD hair straighteners can be very temperamental and as a result we offer this 6 month warranty. This warranty covers the original repair but not any other fault that may occur.
We also offer an extended 1 year warranty which cover's any additional fault which may occur even if it is different to the original fault. With this extended warranty we will repair any faulty part for free. This extended warranty costs an additional £ 9.99 and provides peace of mind that should any other fault occur then you will not have to pay for a full repair again.

Counterfeit GHD Hair Straighteners
As stated above, we do not repair counterfeit GHD hair straighteners for two reasons. Firstly we will not associate ourselves with counterfeit goods and secondly they are so poorly made that repairing them to a safe degree would inevitably involve replacing most of the parts which is not cost effective.
There is plenty of literature on our 'fake ghd guide' page to help you determine whether your pair are genuine or not. If in doubt then get in touch with us.

Worldwide Repair service- (Ireland,Europe,America,Australia etc)
We offer worldwide repairs, having served customer's from as far afield as Australia to closer neighbour's in Europe. We still offer the same exceptional service- same day repair and return. The post will take a bit longer however depending on where you live you can expect to receive your GHD's repaired and back within a week. Europe you can expect within 3-5 days. The repair cost below includes the return airmail shipping.

1.) If you have a mk4 pair which were bought off of ebay/amazon or google then please click HERE to view our fake GHD guide to make sure they are not counterfeit GHDs.
2.) Choose your repair below. You can choose either recorded 1st class return delivery or special delivery. The cost includes the repair and the return delivery. You need to pay at the post office to send them to us. Add to your basket and pay securely using PayPal. If you want to pay by another method such as a cheque/postal order then please contact us.
